Cold process soap with haunted house design made with soap scrapers

This soap scraper set will allow you to create a wonderful spooky haunted house in your soap. The bats in the soap shown are available seperately as part of the ghosts and bat extruder set which are available in 18, 23 or 24mm sizes.

Wide moulds

This scraper set is designed to work best in tall and skinny moulds, if your mould is wider than it is tall please look at the 2nd picture above to see how the design will look. The grass elements will not be part of the design for wide soaps.

There are a few options for making the windows:

1) Mix mica with rubbing alcohol and paint windows onto the cut bars

2) Extrude the windows using the optional extruder discs (select size from the drop-down box)

3) Stamp the windows on the soap after the bars are cut (select the optional stamp from the drop-down box), you can fill the stamped areas with soap dough or dip the stamp in mica to leave a coloured imprint.

Each scraper is made to fit your soap mould (loaf moulds only maximum width 90mm). Please measure the INTERNAL dimensions of your mould carefully and fill in the sections below. This design will work best in a tall and skinny style mould and unlikely to be as successful in a wide mould Measurements in centimetres and millimetres are preferred for accuracy. I Dream in Soap cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements.

There is a special postage rate available when buying scrapers and/or extruder discs only, as they can be sent 'large letter' size. Please select this option at the checkout. This postage option cannot be used if your order contains anything other than scrapers and extruder discs.

These scrapers will last you for many uses and help you create many beautiful soaps as long as you take care of them.
After use, wipe with a cloth to remove excess soap batter.
Wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry.

Your scrapers are made from PLA, which is a temperature-sensitive thermoplastic polymer derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane. PLA will start to deform and melt at around 60°C (140°F), please ensure your washing water is below this temperature and never put your scrapers in the dishwasher.
